Services
When you don't have the time or the ability to visit your doctor's office for medical care, you can turn to telehealth. The exceptional team at Ideal Dental of Tucson offers telehealth to new and existing patients, giving you the ability to videoconference with your doctor, receive medical care, and be prescribed medication while staying in the comfort of your own home.
While at our office, we make sure that you receive the highest level of service and ensure that our dental work is of the highest quality. To ensure that you maintain great oral health, this level of quality needs to extend into your personal oral hygiene routine. We can help you establish a dental hygiene routine that will keep your teeth healthy and white.
Keeping our teeth their whitest is a lot harder than it sounds. With all the coffee, wine, smoking and other foods that have the ability to stain our teeth on a daily basis, even proper maintenance sometimes leaves them a little lackluster. Teeth whitening is an excellent way to restore the natural color of your teeth or even make them whiter than your natural color if you would like.
Wisdom tooth extraction is a surgical procedure that requires some post-operative care to reduce the chance of infection or other complications. Immediately after surgery, a gauze pad will be placed over the extraction site, which should not be removed for at least 45 minutes, and then discarded after that.
Missing permanent teeth can take a toll on your confidence and ability to chew or speak properly. Gaps may also cause remaining teeth to shift out of proper alignment. If you have loose, severely decayed, or missing permanent teeth, Dallin Williams, DDS, is here for you at Ideal Dental of Tucson in Tucson, Arizona.

What a warm, cozy and welcoming place for a dental office. Everyone from the front office, to the techs, to Dr. Williams were extremely kind, professional, and knowledgeable about my tooth needs. I was welcome to ask a lot of questions about my teeth health and I was repeatedly met with tons of photos, x-rays, and in-depth explanations with their intent to make sure I was as educated as much as I was willing. I really appreciated their care to help me understand how my teeth and gums have been proceeding. Was very impressed by the quality of service, efficiency, and their honesty and professionalism

I’ve always enjoyed Dr. Williams and his staff. Leah especially! She is amazing and I always look forward to seeing her and catching up. The staff is very informative and helps me to understand what I need to know about my dental health. I can’t see myself going to a different dental office and imagine I would be treated with respect, dignity, and compassion like I do with Dr. Williams and his staff. Thank you for all you do.

I've seen Dr. Williams and his team every two months for the last four years. They have always been caring and extremely helpful. I am pleased and couldn't give their team any higher recommendation. The only thing I would adjust is having them offer at least a few Saturday appointments per month. Other than that, they are indeed "ideal."

I'm giving 5 stars for now for my first encounter as all I had done was a consultation and cleaning and I was quite pleased with my initial visit. The staff was very friendly and helpful and listened to and addressed my concerns. I'm excited to go back and get some long over due work done (haven't been to a dentist since before Covid) and I hope the next experience will be as good as the first.

I’ve never had any issues with my teeth after removing braces as a preteen. I’ve been at the same dental office for over a decade but I had to switch from my long time dentist due to insurance and ended up with a corporate owned dental business. After feeling sick, completely screwed over and being told I only had one option for a fix ($2000 plus option at that!) I ran away. Thank god I trusted my gut and common sense! Honestly I feel the $600 “deep cleaning” they convinced me I needed is what caused the infection that lead me to Ideal Dental.

Being billed for things already paid for! This place is kind of bait-and-switch. They give you a price for the procedure but can't finish the work there so send you to a specialist who charges you another 1500$. Then you go back to Williams to do the finish work who charges another 120$ for an X-ray they could have gotten from the specialist! Won't go back..... can't afford to! They are all in the scam together. I should have pulled the tooth and put it under his pillow.

Went in for a cleaning and got talked into a new partial. I paid $1,780.00
up front. When the partial arrived it was ill fitting, plastic made my cheek and gum bleed. Overall it hurt in my mouth. I returned it the next day and asked for my money back since the partial was not fitted right. Dr. Williams basically told me "too bad" "You bought it, it's yours. Your money will not be returned." I've always had honest, ethical dentists and truly miss my former dentist of 15 years who was an honorable man.
In my opinion, this dentist is out to make the fast buck and not

I had used Ideal Dental in the past, with good results, so I recommended him to my wife. I regret that.
She had to have a front tooth removed and was concerned about her appearance, with the front tooth missing while waiting for her permanent partial.
Dr. Williams said he could maker her a temporary 'flipper' to wear for cosmetic purposes, while waiting for her partial to come back. He warned she couldn't eat with it. The 'flipper' cost approx. $400., as I recall and was worthless! She wasn't even able to talk without it falling out; much less eat with it -- which

I'm in my early 40's and have had probably more than average amounts of work done over the years, including some work when I was very young that was probably traumatic enough to explain my current extreme nervousness with dental work (and medical things, in general). Technology and practice were probably different back then, but nonetheless the experience was "not fun". I have moved around a lot, so I have been to at least 10 practices over the years. Most were OK, a few above average, and a few that were not very smooth experiences at all.

I think I honestly just met the nicest people ever!
I, like most, truly dislike going to the dentist. I needed to get an estimate on an extraction, did some research and came across Ideal Dental.
As soon as I stepped into the office I felt nothing but kindness and what felt like genuine concern for my pain and the health of my teeth.
The dentist introduced himself by first name and I was so surprised I failed to tell him mine but he already knew. He did mention some other mouth issues and concern about those(cavities) but didn't make me feel like a terrible person for neglecting my teeth

I called this office to see if they took my insurance. They said they did. I went in, had a cleaning and was told I needed a crown and a filling (I never got the free whitening as promised either). I was told it would cost almost $1,000 for this dental work. Obviously, this is a lot of money. I reviewed my dental plan more carefully and found out that crowns and fillings are covered at 100% after a $50 deductible!!!! I went back into the office to discuss my findings with them and was informed by the lady at the front desk that their office is out-of-network!! I asked why I wasn't informed
