Mark Haskins requires 1/2 money up front "for supplies" and work doesn't begin when expected. Everything was an excuse and always was blamed on rain that we never had in our area. Work was never started before 11a and never consistent. A job that should have only taken a couple of days, took months. It was always an argument to get the work completed and when it was started, it wasn't to faux finish that was shown to me in a picture. When I insisted it be redone to the agreement made, they tried to charge me more money. Several promises of fixing our sidewalk with tons of excuses, rolled right
