You’ll regret hiring Phoenix Pools / Chris Zwarka if you do. I wanted to like him but he’s just not deserving of trust. It’s almost a year now since hiring him and still waiting on the job to be finished. He makes promises but never follows through. The light fixture is still sitting on the pool deck (attached to the wire) waiting to be installed. It’s a commercial pool for an apartment building and the health dept won’t allow us to open the pool until the light is attached. 12 months with no pool. He also promised to install a vacuum line and that never happened. Also said he’d replace

Save your hard earned money, Time and most of all, patience!!!! Beware of this so- called "business"!! The owner, Chris Zowarka is the most unprofessional "business man" i have ever had to deal with in my life. Phoenix pools is primarily ran by Chris Zowarka but also by his wife and son, Benjamin. My personal experience with Phoenix Pools, Inc was horrifying for several reasons: He had very limited choices for pool tile but since i desperately needed my pool redone, i had agreed to go with the one & only choice he gave me (1 Japanese tile that was supposedly a great deal
