Many organizations around Fountain Valley and Huntington Beach are teaming up with Magnolia Car Wash to raise fund for their non-profit organizations. At Magnolia Car Wash we have two different programs for helping your organizations reach your fundraising goals. One is vouchers (or wash books) that you sell and a portion of the proceeds go to your organization.

Quick update on my last review. You not only did your work bad, you also ruined my back seats. I did not understand, why my back seats still wet all this time and today I found out why. You didn't offer me anything except, "maybe you will change your mind and come back one day", but now the only thing which I can thing about filing a lawsuit. I don't know what to do, because all cushions are still extremely wet!

I’m brand new to the area and really needed a car wash. When I arrived, the manager tried to, “make a deal” with me and wanted to charge me $65 for a basic inside clean/vacuum and outside wash. I told him no way, that I was looking for something cheaper and simple. He gave me a better price, but still well over what I was hoping for.

Been going to this car wash for years, but recently, the quality has declined to the point That I can't justify going any longer. Today I went in asking for a simple insect treatment to the front bumper and grill prior to the wash and the guy said he'd do it, and then never did. Worse, the front windshield was full of insect residue after receiving the car. Very disappointing.
Decided to go back next day to show them their work & they ran the car thru again with bug treatment & platinum wash for free. Appreciated that gesture, but wish they'd have just gotten it right the

Wish I could give them a good review however I went there yesterday and was extremely disappointed with the quality of the service. All four rims were barely wiped down, the interior was spotty at best and they didn't even vacuum one of the floor mats in the back. The windows were streaky and it was obvious they only cleaned the front windows but did a terrible job. Every time I go here I do so because I like the people that work there but if I am paying $29 for a car wash I expect the car to at the very least have perfect windows and mirrors.

I was quite dissatisfied with the service I received! I paid $50 since they were aggressively advertising the service and assuring me that they would do everything I required. Everything inside my car was wet when I retrieved it, yet it was as unclean as it had been when I arrived. I told them about it, but they didn't do anything about it. I began vacuuming and cleaning my car on my own, and no one offered to assist me. I put 1 star and if I could put 0 I would definitely do it ! I've always given this place a chance but today was very bad ! I paid $30 plus for a car wash ! And let me tell you , they didn't even run in the machine to wash my vehicle!! They've only hose it and then let it run it's course ! I have two guys cleaning my car but then when they're done it's still filthy , left and I saw everything DNA of dust won't lie ! I will never go back to this place ! I am a nice person and kinda kind but this time am not ! This filthy people are horrible especially the manager

I've noticed lately the bad reviews and it seems to point to one guy, the one with the long hair who greets and prices your car wash. The complaints seem to be that this man was being rather scrupulous and charging for things not ordered.
I was met by this man on my recent wash and I told him what I wanted, forgot what it's called but it was the $28 wash, nothing else. He then gave me a ticket that was $128 which included my ordered wash of $28 but he added $100 for a detail. I confronted him

Great place to get a car wash, been taking my cars here for awhile and they do a good job only problem with me was getting my car wash today I helped clean out stuff on my floor picked up quarters and coins on the ground to put it on my center console threw trash in the bin and handed my keys to get it washed, they ran it through twice then waxed it. I gave the guy a tip and I drove home and when I got to my house went to grab my keys from the center console because it's a push to start and noticed that all the quarters are gone only left me the pennies, nickels and dimes. Brought my truck in today to have it washed and the exterior detailed. For the most part it looked like they did a pretty good job.I don't mean to complain, have been a customer for 10 years and they have done a great job cleaning my vehicles. But did notice a few areas not looking good, wished they had spent more time removing all the paint finish blemishes with the Clay bar. Was a bit disappointed with the truck bed. Behind the cab was still dirty. Would think someone would have use the power hose to clean out all the dirt and debris from the truck bed for the money spent on the detail service

I had the interior detailed and seats shampooed. They really did an excellent job! I transport elderly foster dogs, and as you can imagine between the hair and saliva and other fluids passing out of these dogs my interior was filthy. When I got in my car after it was detailed it was like a brand new car. Great job and all for just $70!

First off I got to the car wash 5 minutes to opening I was the 5th car. Then 2 cars came after me. The guy in charged moved them to the 3rd row. What upsets me is they ended up taking all those cars before mine which I believe they should know a order of who came first. Maybe put numbers on the car to know. Then we asked for the platinum wash which was the best wash we could get and it was $30. Our car literally took about 20 minutes to complete the full car wash. They were getting cars in and out. So far so good.. Friendly workers.. Just a little tip...a thing that I learned when I worked at a car wash... If you're going to tip the guy's big I recommend as soon as they pull your car out put it in their hand..1. so they know you appreciate them

He insisted on it but it was close to $70 and I didn't want to spend that. I told him just to go with the platinum wash. He rang me up and charged me for that interior detail. This has been my car wash of choice. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is due to the fact that it was as if they didn't even vacuum my vehicle. Crumbs in front seat and carpet. I asked them to do a better job and he did on the front. When I got home I opened the back seat and the hatch to my Ford Edge And neither was touched by a vacuum. I vacuumed it up and wiped down on my own. I called to report the poor job and they offered a complimentary wash the next time I came in. Customer service was great but the vacuum job was horrible. Recommend inspecting before driving off.

If you want a half-assed job, you can check this place out. I paid $45 for this service that came with "detailed wash & polish hand wax". They took advantage of me and tricked me, which was my mistake. Waste of my money!!! Never going here again.
Just go purchase the Platinum package for $25, you'll get the same results.
They did not wipe the right side of my car windows thoroughly. My interior was average. They did not wipe down anything. Only blew air in it, to make it look less dusty inside.

We paid for the platinum package expecting our Escalde to come out gleaming, but no. Rushed cleaning job. The interior was alright but left big dirt spots in the back. The drying job was also subpar and the rims were dirty. Will maybe come here for the cheapest package and hopefully we get employees who are more detail oriented the ones we got today. Overall it was alright I guess.
