I can't say I loved making arrangements for lost loved ones, but I can say how wonderful they were in my time of need. I have used them twice; once within minutes of my mother's passing away unexpectedly, She had refused to even discuss the subject, so I was holding her hand when she died, and 10 minutes later I was making arrangements with them; very traumatic. (Don't do that to your loved ones.) In April I worked with them for my brother who was terminally ill, and who has now also passed away. They were unbelievably compassionate and caring on both occasion. They never tried to sell me something
