Stopped by to buy some flowers. The lady behind the counter didn’t seem to know anything and kept on having to ask “Martha” who was extremely unfriendly and clearly did not want any business. They had such beautiful flowers at competitive prices. But given there are so many florists in the area, this one is not worth it.

They have nice products but their staff is incompetent and rude. They called us liars as we returned a product after one of the plants was broken when we received it, and hanged up the phone on us. Do yourself a favor and avoid them, you will be better served with one of the many other options in the area.

This is what they call a blooming Easter Lily! This should never have even been out of the hot house let alone be sold for nearly $100 as an Easter gift! Clearly this business is about bait and switch as the order was from an out of town florist as part of the floral network and Wagner's refused to make it right! There are many reputable florist in the Boston area unfortunately this is not one of them.

I was thrilled with the flowers I ordered. I chose the "Autumn Designer’s Choice" and was delighted with the vibrant colors and variety of flowers that were provided. They even went above and beyond in my delivery, as I accidentally inputed the wrong address when placing my order. They contacted me and brought the flowers to the correct location. I will definitely be ordering again, thank you!

Wagner’s is our local florist and we are happy to stop in or order for our needs. Staff is always extremely friendly, open, approachable. The arrangements are always fresh and really lovely, often with a great mix/variety of flowers etc. I’ve also purchased potted plants that admittedly are maybe ideal as gifts based on price, presentation, container, convenience but I use for my own home.
