Consumer beware. You pay for time not quality. In the original package we were offered 36 photos but could only come up with approximately 20 usable photos. People were looking in all directions and our dad was the focal point of the picture but his face is partially covered in all photos. We were promised merchandise credit and when we have tried to redeem owner could not produce a tracking number and instead called our entire family rude and Ungrateful (which is laughable considering our non-profit cancer charity). Owners tried to bribe us to take down any negative reviews if they made it right

Our large family experience was terrible! I specifically asked for a large family photo and we have NOT one picture where we can see all of our faces. It’s sad that With all the beauty in the Smokey Mountains, we had a backdrop was just mediocre.
We were told we could have credit for 4 metal prints because we aren’t happy with what we paid for, it’s been months and we haven’t received them. This was such a pathetic experience!

Negotiated a price, friendly, responds quickly, does excellent work. I needed someone to be my eyes for a property I am thinking of purchasing. I live out of state so I cannot just hop down to town to look over the property. He provided me with 25 hi-res images and 8 video clips --- 2 more than what was agreed on. All for an extremely reasonable price. His images and videos now have me super excited about this property.

Our family of 22 took a wonderful vacation to the Smoky Mountains. We wanted to get a family portrait as we have not had a professional picture for 4 years. Xposures Photography knew just the place for us with the mountains in the background. We had a lot of fun with the photo shoot and one tourist came up to us and commented that he could see we were having a great time. We love the pictures and are grateful to Scott and Vicki for capturing such great memories!
