This is a very beautiful campground, BUT... don't expect any consideration or kindnesses from the owners if any "issues" occur! My family was camping here for 2 nights in a borrowed pop-up from a friend. My 3 year-old great-grandson accidently fell close to the fire pit and suffered 1st degree burns on the pads of 4 fingers. His Mom and I immediately attended to his burns with the first aid kit I had packed. As is typical for our little fella, he "carried on" like he was dying! Karen drove up to our campsite, insisting that "the baby" be taken to a hospital, without even viewing his "injuries"

Nice camp ground, ben camping for 40 years with many different campers, guess there has to be a first time though, complained of my speeding at my odometer of 8 mi per in posted of 5. Stopped me at 10 pm and banged on my hood, said he couldn,t catch me, nearly at my assigned sight. A little embarrising, very hard to determine a speeder at those speeds? I don,t mind being advised but banging on my hood.?

Great place! Clean, well maintained, friendly people. The pool was pristine, the pond is lovely and the fountain lit up for a lovely night time view.

Nice place! Clean and family oriented. Took my son last year for the first time and we just went again this year. We are going to make a yearly tradition at staying here. Owners are extremely nice. If you go to any private campground every one has rules, follow the rules there won't be any problems. It takes a lot to run a campground and I think they are doing an amazing job! Lots of activities, pool, pond, yard games. They even have activities every Saturday. This weekend we got to see a wildlife show and a magician. Very happy campers!

Stopped by to visit some friends and acused of going to fast on rd and was not even at camp gate. The daughter made up a lie and told her mother I was rude when I never even said a word to her. Daughter and mother are very rude. Nice looking camp ground though. They say 5mph but if you go 6mph they kick you out. I will never go visit nor camp there.

Awesome campground. Been a seasonal now for 3 years. Owners work very hard at keeping the grounds safe, clean, and fun for everyone - including pets! Rules are clearly posted and enforced for everyones safety. Everyone is made to feel welcome.

We spent one weekend here last July 4th during covid and loved it so much we decided to become seasonal. The people are so nice. The campground is very family oriented. Grounds are clean and well kept. No place like it.
(They do enforce the 5 mph speed limit, which I think is great. It provides a fun and safe place for our kids to be kids and enjoy the outdoors.)

We’ve been here before and we’ll be here again! Twin Oaks has been a staple for our family for years now and it’s a great place for all ages. The campsites big, the pool is always clean, and the views are just spectacular. Yes, it does get a bit windy some days but why go camping if not to be outdoors? This is a great place!

We just stayed at twin oaks and the weather was not great for the weekend. But we still made the beat of it. Between rain drops we spent our time catching many fish in the lake. Even though our site was not on the lake we had a great view of it from where we were. Overall very well kept campground bathrooms were clean and we'll tended. Sites have gravel parking which was great drainage for the abundance of rain we received. The basket ball court and Gaga ball pit seemed to be recently upgraded and we're really nice. There was a bin of basket balls kickballs and badminton rackets for guest to use
