I haven't received my pins yet since I just placed my order but the process so far has been super easy and quick! Lucy was very quick to respond to any question I had within 24 hours and was quick with a proof of my final enamel pin order. I'm definitely coming back for more pin orders once I get this set! I was really happy to find this company, as they don't have a mandatory minimum for the number of lapel pins you must order - you simply pay a mold fee, and then it's priced per unit ordered after that. I submitted my design, and Lucy, the customer service rep, got back to me within hours providing a proof according to the specifications and artwork. I was able to review the proof, and redo the design accordingly. My pins came out perfectly and the customer service was great. They even assigned a personal success manager who helped me with my order. They were very kind and professional with me. I'm incredibly happy with my pins and this service. Cathy has been very helpful in working with me and helping me adjust my original design to work better as a pin. She was quick to respond and had options available for me before I finalized my order. The pins are stunning and I'll definitely order more once I'm out. Absolutely recommend!!

I've now placed 2 orders with Custom Pins and could not be happier with both products. The sales people were great especially Vivian, who was very helpful through out the order. We needed to put a rush on our order and it was done no problem and we got our pins with more then enough time of our event. Will do business with again if the need arrives.

The process of ordering enamel pins through GS-JJ.com is personalized and easy. I've worked with Vivian for a handful of orders and will work with her again - she's helped me with five different designs and they've come out fantastic and exactly what I wanted. She's knowledgeable and pleasant. The production of the pins is top quality with great detail and they are very reasonably priced.

I had previously posted a review on the great design platform and customer service by Lucy on the ordering process for a custom challenge coin, and would like to add on now that I have received the coin. I cannot say enough good things about Lucy and the GS-JJ team!! This family gift was delivered a day ahead of schedule on a rush order and the quality is incredible! I will recommend them any chance I get! Truly memorable.
