Sharp has expanded! To provide our customers with even greater world class service, we have relocated our headquarters from Norwalk Connecticut to Irwindale, California. We continue to have an office presence on the East Coast, and now offer extended customer service hours (8:30am-8:00pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday-Friday).

This fan TD-100 worked fine for two and a half years. After two and a half years, it started squeaking and finally stopped working! When I turned to the company for refund/exchange, Tressey Lamb, Sales Support Specialist wrote me that 5 years warranty they have for products which were bought directly from Soler & Palau Ltd. but not from a third party seller! This American & Canadian Company even doesn't stay behind their products. Their products quite expensive but quality is bad! Do not make my mistake! Do not buy their products!

What an amazing company. Not only did they fulfill my needs but they went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed for my event. I didn't have to wonder when things would be ready and I was on a last minute time crunch. The whole process was flawless and I felt completely lucky to have found this all in one shop for everything!! The custom printed waterproof stickers were my very favorite thing!! Highly recommended.
