Just know that the technician is very nice and they are responsive, but they will charge you the very upper most part of the range they give you. It was $159+ to unlock an interior door. They offered to send the invoice to explain. So $19 + whatever work the technician believes necessary so an not to damage the door etc. This was a standard interior door lock. So disappointed.

One, the guy said my lock was not pickable, which is a lie and a common grift so that they can just quickly drill your door. But then to replace the $10 cylinder he offered to charge me $120. That's not the best part. There are two screws that hold the lock in place on a door. HE HAMMERED the lock with a chisel for 20 minutes until he sheered the front screw off of this $700 door mechanism Instead of taking it apart to get the screw out, and then said it was broken before he got there and offered to replace the whole thing with a cheaper mechanism for $1100. I don't normally write reviews but these guys deserve it. Definitely a 5-star experience from beginning to end. Quick response to when I initially requested a quote to getting something booked for a locksmith, these guys made sure to provide an amazing experience and process. John came out to my place and diagnosed an issue with my lock and was able to replace it rather quickly.
But the fun part: I asked for a different brand just because I'm very nit picky. I spoke to Ben and John about it and they were happy to replace it with a brand I was happy with, no fuss about it at all.
