We offer non-medical elder care services designed to support your individual home care needs. If your loved one has Alzheimer's Disease or related dementia (ADRD), we can help. We'll make sure your loved one is safe and supported. Our caregivers are trained in habilitation therapy the best standard of care for all types of dementia.
Foot care in the comfort of your own home without the hassle of traveling to an office and enjoying a waiting room. Our certified Foot Care Nurses provide care in the comfort and privacy of your own home. Education and prevention of injuries and infections are our priority. Our Nurses have the expertise and background to provide safe, high-quality care focusing on the independence and well being of all clients.
Elder Care Services - Companion Care is one of our six key home care services designed to support your individual home care needs. Companion Care focuses on assisting in household tasks so that the elder can do most of them him/herself. This fosters independence. All Connected Home Care non-medical elder care services are supervised by nurses.
Elder Care Services - Home Health Aides is one of our six key home care services designed to support your individual home care needs. Home Health Aides are certified professionals who can help with personal care, med reminders, transfers, or other challenges. Home Health Aides (HHAs) are certified, trained professionals specializing in senior care in the home.

Read all the reviews re politics and self promoting management.If you have a medication nurse from this company management will write you up if you pick up medication at pharmacy for the client.They don’t want nurses to do anything extra for clients if company doesn’t profit.If medications not in home they will bill for another visit although nurse is willing to go to pharmacy to assure client has medications in home so med machine or pill boxes filled correctly.I helped a diabetic client whose caregiver wasn’t able to help her due to illness and managers bullies that they are told me not

We have used Connected Home Care for our mother's care for almost 2 years. Dealing with an elderly parent that needs help is hard and Connected Home Care has been a great help in navigating our mother's care. Connected Home Care staff have worked hard to provide quality care for my mother for several years. My mother has dementia and needs total care. The individual aides take their responsibilities personally and become attached and develop genuine feelings for my mother. It's reassuring to me that they care about her.
