While the complex is in need of a very minor facelift, the location in north Jackson is ideal if you want to be close enough to the Interstate but far enough away to avoid any of the traffic; the space is secure, considering that there is a double level of entry; the staff members are professional, considerate, and personable; and the parking lot/complex is always clean.
I've been a resident for nearly 6 months, so I can't speak for everyone. But my experience thus far has been great, especially since my expectations as a first-time tenant were high. I'd definitely recommend it, if you're looking

I stayed their a couple years. I had complained bout my light in my refrigerator didn’t work the first month I was there.. it took them bout a yr to fix that. When a heavy rain comes it will flood my closet. One of my tub keep peeling, they will fix but it will start back peeling. The tile in my master bathroom was old and peeling when I moved in. It was stuff on my mirror it took them months to see what’s on it. The water bill is a scam. I had a friend had apt there.. he told me that he never lived in the last couple months but they charge him a water bill. They told they just divide amongst

This by far has been one of the worst apartment complex experiences I have ever had!!! I moved in July of 2016. They did not tell me there was a pest issue in my unit. Moved me and my family in the apartment and it was infested with fleas!!! On top of that, NONE of the items that were supposed to be fixed when we had our walk through were completed! Nothing was done!!! The AC unit leaked so bad and so long because maintenance never came to fix the problem that the carpet mildewed and had to be replaced!!!! And when they did come out they used duck tape to "fix" the problem!!! If you call and put
