I’ve been a customer for seven years.I have purchased two commercial vehicles here and I have had my trucks serviced here but today, I had a quote for a radiator work in my truck and they gave me a price that it was a rip off that’s just 100% a rip off, they told me $2,250 just to change my radiator. I WILL NEVER MAKE BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE ANY MORE.

Took my truck in for an oil change over the summer. They didn't tighten my oil filter. Truck dumps oil on my driveway. Tightening took a complete turn. Two 10 dollar quarts of oil and a 20 dollar filter wrench later I get the oil pressure back up. Bring it in for next oil change last week. Told them the problem. They were unconcerned. Glad to charge me for the oil they spilled on the ground. 2 days later I get a replace air filter warning on my dash.
Paid them for me to do the work.

I purchased a used vehicle from here at the beginning of June 2021. I actually was pretty worried about this, because I was trading in a vehicle that had a pretty spotty history. I had actually been to a couple of dealerships prior to this one shopping my existing car around for a trade-in, and wasn't real happy with the amount offered. The people are nice, but it's still the usual waiting several hours for something that "will only be an hour." Be sure to avoid their "bumper to bumper and gap insurance" that you can get from your current insurance. It doesn't cover wear and tear. So, it's really more about them pocketing money to drive up your monthly cost.

I had taken my wife Buick in for service at a different dealer who had always done all the work needless to say I came to Gary Lang because the other dealer let me down

Went to Gary Lang looking to test drive a few used cars. Decided to try a new one on the lot. Was asked 4 times if the price was right would we buy today. After saying no the first 3 times we finally said maybe. That's when we were told the car we were negotiating was already sold! Went home talked about it and looked online at the same car different Color. The sticker was actually more than the other one but several thousand dollars cheaper because it was "Gary's special". CAR BUYER BEWARE! These folks are not to be trusted. They will lie to get you in the dealer. They will lie about the price, including Truecar. They do not honor deals. They lied and kept me on the hook for my new car and then sold it right out from under me! General manager to Sales Manager to Sales Associate don't care, are unprofessional and lack integrity. There are too many other dealerships to buy from and I recommend going anywhere else!

Terrible. Called multiple people to make sure the car I was ready to buy was in the lot! They told me they had it and even ran my credit over the phone to make sure I was going to be approved and able to buy it by the time I got there. Drove 60 min to get there, and they acted stupid when I told them I was there for the car we had been speaking about! Then they of course tried to show me other cars. Left immediately. Very sneaky and completely unorganized salespersons !

Took my son in law to look at a car they called him on. We test drove it and agreed on a price. My son in law had to return his rental car so he left his license plates there for them 2 install and get paperwork ready. On the way back to the dealer they called and told my son in law they could no longer honor the price we agreed on as they had to make a repair and would be raising the price by $2500. VERY POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE! We wont be returning and will tell everyone of our experience.

They have a great GM service dept. Over the last 18 years, this is where I have taken my cars/trucks and never once had to return because something wasn't fixed right. Yes, their labor rate is higher than the independents, but, they have the right equipment and training to get the job done right and quicker.
