Tom Chesebrough, owner and President of the company, began working for one of Long Island's major swimming pool manufacturing and installation companies shortly after college in 1971. Within one year he was promoted to the Foreman position in the vinyl manufacturing division. Four years later, he bought fifty percent of the company stock becoming Vice President in charge of production and swimming pool installation and service.
