I had a very bad experience with this company and would recommend you take your business elsewhere at all costs. The business owner is untruthful and not fair-dealing. He installed a new pool cover that was defective, was happy to take my money, refused to remedy it, and left me working with the manufacturer alone to fix it. I was the loser in this one. Please don't fall into the trap that I did.

UNPROFESSIONAL workers as well as the owner Chris. They totally take advantage of people who do not know much about pools. Highly recommend that you look for another company.

For years I was using this company and each opening things that worked the season before would be broken due to their careless closing. This year though they installed the wrong liner which had a small tear in it. The rip caused water to rise above the liner and when they came to open on May 3 they refused saying I needed to remove the water. We had our landscapers remove the water and take off the cover so the pool could be opened may 20. I confirmed the appointment and yet on may 20th chris and his poorly tun company failed to show up. No call no explanation. I called all day leaving voice messages

The workers have no regards to the neighbors property. First, there was an accident where they drove into the fence, breaking it. Okay, an accident & the owner has promised to replace it.
However, they blew all the extra sand into my flower garden & clogged the sprinkler heads. They also drained the pools excess onto my property & into the garden. Total disregard for my property. I am hoping the fence will be replaced properly, without further damaging the sprinkler system & my gardens. I pray this will not be an ongoing problem.

We had our pool built by Chris the owner during the busiest times of the season and Chris and his workers were great . His men worked hard form the minute they got their till the time they left my home. The pool was everything I could have possibly dreamed of and two of my friends used Chris after seeing the beautiful job he did at my home. Chris's company also opened my pool and my pool was clear from when he opened it till throughout the summer. I have no complaints. Chris has always called me back when I had questions and is very knowledgeable. I will continue to recommend J & B pools to all

JB pools came to do a renovation to my pool and did an awesome job. Chris the owner came down right away and took care of everything. Very knowledgeable and professional. All the ladies in the office were helpful and friendly. I would def recommend to anyone needing pool services!
