Quick and easy service at a price I liked. Woke up this past Tuesday to my find someone broke my window. Looked on eBay for a replacement in case I wanted to try my hand at doing it myself an used glass was $112. Then I called John's and they said they could do the job for $204 and (so long as the glass was delivered when their guy said it would be) have my car back the following morning so I dropped it off the same day. That afternoon I got a call saying that my car was fixed and ready for pickup tomorrow morning. Sure enough I show up the next day, my bill is exactly what they had quoted me at

I had the pleasure of dealing with John due to the fact that my daughters windshield was cracked. She was out of town at the time so I decided to look into having her windshield changed for her. I immediately started with Satellite, but they were very expensive. Then I looked up Ben's because I've used them before, but they are out of business. Then I found John's. His pricing is fair, and he goes out of his way to accommodate you. He called me back within the hour, and I had an appt. within days. I could not drop it off early, so he worked with me to drop of at a convenient time

I called several places Johns is the only one that guaranteed help.They ordered by window and install in less than 24 hours. John and his guys were professional and detailed. What I like the bestest they stayed in touch with me so I did not have to lose a days work.

I stopped by couple of day before they performed the job on Ford F-150 Truck.
The windshield glass mounding ( seal ) on top side & when the raining it was leaking water sometime.
So I stopped by @ John’s Auto Glass & speak with John & explained him my problem, he suggested best option of that issue to replace with new glass and really great cheaper price.
I left from there due to my work .
But I called him on Saturday morning and left the voice mail to schedule an appointment for replacement windshield glass.
John called me back next Monday morning & we scheduled an appointment on Wednesday

12/3/19 My windshield was vandalized with a blunt object. John answered my call within a day. Answered my questions re: quality of glass. This is my second rodeo with a new windshield on an older car ('05) which I take care of, so I wanted the best. Asked him difference b/w Safelight and his glass. He replied, better quality and they are a big company. I will personally be working on your car. He was professional in his communications (calls and answering questions). Am glad I hired him for the job. It was about $40-50 dollars more than Safelight, but I am confident in the product and service.

Recently had to get my windshield replaced due to a rock hitting my windshield on the turnpike. Very pleased with the whole experience at John’s. Easy to make an appointment and go over the various options and pricing. Very smooth drop off and pick up process, good communication and the staff was very friendly. Very reasonable prices too. Excellent job replacing my Lexus windshield. Very fast and John was very friendly. He made sure to get me in as fast as possible. Literally half the price of safelite. I'll be coming back next week with my wifes car to have that windshield replaced since he had a very harsh winter. Highly recommended!

They came out to my place same day service,way cheaper than the other shops including the big chains like safe lite. It was amazing to see how fast but thorough they were. They even cleaned up all the broken pieces of glass. I tipped both guy's $20 each and still saved over $70. Definitely would recommend these guys!!!

My car window was broken in an unfortunate series of events in Center City Philly. Fortunately, my boyfriend helped me find John's Auto Glass to help repair the shattered window on my car.
They had the glass panel they needed to fix my car, so I drove in after work and had the window fixed in less than 45 minutes. They also vacuumed all of the broken glass out of my car. I sat in their "waiting room" which is more of a little walled-off area with 3 chairs and a bunch of magazines, but it was fine for my less than 45-minute wait. It cost less
