My husband drives an older car, 2000 Honda Civic. We called them at 10:30 am asking if they could replace the passenger side window after someone smashed it the night before. They didn't have the glass in stock right then, but placed an order and had it rushed over so we could get it replaced ASAP. We had a new window and drove away by 2pm. Nice employees that were professional but not stuffy. And it was much more affordable than other places quoted us.
A week later the window fell off the track. I called and asked them what to do. They had me bring the car back and put the window back on its

Linda did an amazing job fixing a big crack in my windshield. She was very thorough checking my windshield for other cracks and chips. Unfortunately, my car was broken into, and with street parking only I wanted to get my window replaced promptly and Liberty made that happen. There was a small hiccup with getting the correct glass for my car, but I think imperfect transactions show you a lot about a company. Liberty, by far, provided the best customer service and communication that I have experienced in a while. I’m extremely grateful to them for working with me and repairing my window within 24 hours. Overall, five stars and a great experience.

To be honest, I really liked the service and the price most of all. Really. I mean really fair price or what I think it is. I called other places, and they ask way too many questions just to replace a glass. It is understandable that they have to ask a couple. But come on they almost want to know the whole car life. Anyway they really get down. I would say they are top notch and fast. Yeah all my car window needs are gonna go to them.

The parts came in quick, the folks working here were spectacular, the work was done much faster than I expected, and the pricing was significantly cheaper than the other places I got quotes from.
