I have had to send packages internationally several times.through mail express and they have been amazingly helpful. They have helped with updates on delivery and even helped with packaging. Always helpful and friendly. Love this place and would recommend over the post office for customer service alone.

Absolute joke of a business. i’ve been in 2 times, both times haven’t been helped. First time we got interrogated on my we were in there and had to wait in order to use their printer because one of their friends was already using it. This time, i spend 10 minutes trying to try and print and label, i then get a notification through ebay saying i can… no long print the label because it’s been printed 5 times already. it didn’t print once. i got 2 sheets of paper and both were blank, couldn’t be used, was not a shipping label/ We ask for help and the lady tells
