Also known as a PMB, private mailboxes are a great way for you to receive all of your mail and packages in one place. PMB's are sold under three-month, six-month and one-year terms. This is a long overdue review of the best mail&package hold as well as printing service I've ever experienced.
Everyone who works here is kind, careful, detail oriented, and professional at all times. And they know how to celebrate holidays.
The prices are very reasonable, I almost worry if they have good enough of a revenue model to keep the business running.
I no longer have to deal with UPS/USPS and military mailroom headache. And I am so glad for it.

Note: do NOT drop Amazon returns UPS boxes off here, they can't accept them. Okay--the team at the Mail Room SLAYS. They're all about their customers! Super cute shop with quick and excellent service. I do a lot of ebay selling and bring all my stuff here for them to pack. They let me use their printer from my phone so that I can just print my ebay shipping label off right there to slap on and ship out. Thanks Mail Room, you're the best!

These folks are THE BEST!!! They packed my son's very expensive self-built computer to be sent from Washington to West Virginia with such care and diligence that they could have been shipping a newborn baby - or priceless heirloom! Also, it arrived only 5 days later, beating my son home!! I'm so far beyond impressed that words cannot tell! I'm very grateful, and will recommend them to anyone in their area. 5000 stars!! 👍💖

Brandon at the mail room personally packaged and shipped my custom built computer that i spent months, buying pieces, building, and then taking care of. From Washington state clear across the country to West Virginia for me when i needed to move back here. Not only did the computer arrive 3 days early, but it arrived in the most professional and well packaged box i have ever seen. He went above and beyond the call of duty for me and i cant not express how satasfied i am with the job that he did this close to the busiest holiday season.

This place was such a pleasant experience. I needed to mail a rather large cumbersome box. They made sure the box was secure and helped choose the best shipping option. Rates are extremely high right now and we ended up using EBay to pay and print the shipping label. Which Brandon helped with that process. I will be using them for all my shipping needs in the future. Also, they were well stocked with locally made gift items. Such a cool find!! Thank you, Thank you!!!

I don't have a printer at home and needed to print out a pdf file from my work. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with answering all my questions. All I had to do was was send an email of what I needed to print, and they had it received, printed, and my transaction completed in a matter of minutes!
Overall my entire experience was faster, friendlier, and less expensive than going to any UPS or Fedex!

What's the point of checking ID for the employees at the Mail Room to give my package out to the wrong recipient? Makes no sense right?! The female employee gave my package to the wrong person. The male employee who checked my ID to verify the pick up of my package didn't notice that he was giving me the wrong package. Obviously they aren't checking and properly verifying the packages they're giving out.

Awesome business! The moment you walk into The Mail Room, you can feel the uniqueness of this space, with warm, friendly owners/ staff who care about offering affordable services and products. I rent a private mailbox that is priced better than anyone else on town and when I go in to check it, they remember my name. How cool is that?

This was an awesome place! I actually came here to pick something up from Offerup and loved the vibe of the place.
They have a doggie who is beyond cute and all the staff are super friendly.
There are also some cool small things displayed like leather earrings etc. I came by late so didn't have time to check things out but will definitely be back, especially that it is next to Value Village!

My girlfriend and I moved to a new apartment complex that didn't have their mailboxes built yet, so we had to find a mail service to receive our mail. We chose the mail room for the convenience of location, and the price was unmatched. This is a great example of a family run business. They care, know all of their customers, and are always kind whenever I come in. I had an issue with a shipment taking longer than expected, and had a mild heart attack that perhaps it didn't get shipped out (usps so tracking was harder). Brandon went above and beyond to get me info on the packages and ensure we would get to the bottom of it. The issue was with USPS and not The Mail Room. In addition, they sell a local photographer's photo postcards. They're lovely.

Great guy who owns the place! Genuine, good old fashion service! Their black lab greets you at the counter. Stoked to have a place my mail can be delivered while I'm in transition between places to live. Accepts any packages big or small. Said he'll even check if you mail if you call him before and don't don't want to come down to check. Great SERVICE!! He was $5 less per month then the UPS stores mail boxes and they don't charge a $20 application fee like the UPS store. Definitely worth my business. Great job guys!

I have a private mailbox here, would highly recommend. Great prices, under new ownership. Brandon is outstanding and remembers your name. You can get all your packages shipped here as well for no extra charge. The vibe is totally corky Tacoma which I love. Great sense of community. Really look forward to going and getting my mail. If I ever moved away would miss it forsure.

I like this mailbox place. Always a reliable place to drop off Amazon returns, get a PO Box, buy shipping supplies etc... There's a myriad of services offered. The staff is always quick, pleasant and accommodating. I've never had a bad experience in this place. Overall a great neighborhood Mail Room!
