With just 34 units Houston Place is one of Fort Worth's smallest downtown condominium communities. The floor plans tend to be quirky but very rich in architectural charm. The exposed brick walls inside of the units can't talk but when you see them you'll wish they could.

Since the building was constructed as a bank headquarters in 1906 it has had various owners and occupants but today it's friendly and close-knit residents enjoy the boutique condominium community with a neighborhood bakery downstairs, The Black Rooster Cafe. All of Fort Worth's downtown restaurants are just footsteps away so you could not ask for a cooler spot to call home.

Uptown features townhomes with attached garages and roof-top patios. Trinity Bluff and Pecan Place are the primary residential developments in the Uptown District. The area also features several apartment communities. Built in 2003 and designed by Ken Schaumburg, Pecan Place has 9 units on the edge of the Trinity Bluff in Fort Worth's Uptown.
Perched on a picturesque bluff along Samuels Avenue, Villa de Leon is where Fort Worth's earliest roots were established. This is one of the most captivating views of downtown, across theTrinity River from a side most people never see. Framed by the setting sun above and the green spaces cradling the river below, it seems like everything you see is a reflection.
