Today I moved out of my apartment at Ascension Bluff condominiums. I lived here for over three years. I can’t say enough good things about my time and experience at this community. Michelle and her staff were always willing to assist where needed. They were very helpful and always accommodating. The maintenance staff was also superb. In the rare instances that I had to file a maintenance request it was always done correctly and within a reasonable amount of time. The grounds were manicured weekly and always looked fantastic. There was Never any errant trash and there was always lots of green

I’m glad that I live here. My apartment is spacious, it’s beautiful, and although there are some things which are starting to need attention (the windows are all literally broken now as far as their spring mechanisms to hold them up, and their gaskets no longer seal which lets some air in in spots, but we literally were able to fix the issue ourselves with some little foam strips, and we just don’t open certain windows.
The bathroom countertop and faucets/fixtures still need attention too, as they’ve finally started to disintegrate around the bottom of the older knobs. I’d look into

Beautiful condos, grounds are well maintained. One problem, if you have a 2 bedroom condo why does the tenant get only one parking space? If you have a 2 bedroom you will have another person or persons who live in the same condo, you need a second parking space. As it is, one person gets the covered space and the other person has to park in guest parking, which is always full by the way. It's also a bit ridiculous that if you want a place to park you will have to pay an additional 80.00 a month for a garage.

I would give this place zero stars! Problems from day one! I have put in work orders for over 20 different things and n my time living here. Within the first two months (late Jan 2020) we started getting sewage back up into our tub on a weekly basis and everytime someone came to fix it they either left water all over the floor or feces all in the wall I guess from them touching everything. So originally they thought the problem was above the toilet so we had that there for months according to them they needed to make sure it didn’t happen again. So to fix the problem (mid April 2020) they dug

I Have lived here for two years now and I must be VERY honest. From day one I have been very impressed and pleased with the my condo and services. I love the new payment portal, makes my life much easier when paying rent. The grounds stay clean, and other residents pickup behind there pets. Overall I am very happy and will be renewing my lease at the end of January. Awesome place to live.

I just signed a second lease here. While the complex is older, the maintenance and staff work to get everything right for you! Large grounds with some landscaped sitting areas and mature trees. My floorplan is quite large for the price and fits our needs. Some things could be replaced to bring them up to date, but overall I enjoy the location and the apartments!

So I was looking for a house and a co-worker referred me here . After taking a tour i decided this was my new home. i love the nature of the trees around the pool area. The best part is that my work request are completed in a timely manner .The ground are always well kept and clean. The approval was fast and easy and simple. Office stay always making sure that we are taken care of. Over all great experience so far.

Our family has only been in this community for a couple of months, but we absolutely love it here. It is very quiet and safe. We don’t have pets, but those who do always picks up behind theirs so that’s never an issue. Everything is update and clean. Maintenance is wonderful! They come quickly, I’ve never had to wait more than a couple of hours for them to come fix something. The property is kept up very well and is always clean. The property is conveniently located and everything is near by. They have security gates on both sides of the property that work. Being new to the state of Texas
