Ascher & Denton, PLLC was created with some very clear goals in mind. We feel it is vitally important to assist our clients through controversies involving the legal system at the least cost to the client, financially and emotionally. Treating each other and others with respect is paramount. Compassion is important, as is clear thinking and honesty.
One strong trunk can support the flourishing cooperation of two different kinds of flowers toward healthy co-existence in the future. We offer One Lawyer services for people who want to be civilized and get legal matters over with efficiently and privately. One Lawyer is an intelligent and cost-effective way to resolve a disagreement with a guarantee of no court battles.
My focus is on helping people who want to resolve their cases with a minimum of ugly and expensive court action. While the courts are essential and necessary when people just can't agree, it is so much wiser to handle personal family issues privately and with a minimum of expense when acceptable agreements can be reached.
We are right off of the Crosby Blvd exit from Highway 101 before you get to the car dealerships. Turn onto Evergreen Park Drive and then turn right at the AM/PM gas station. We are in the third cul de sac on your left side. You can also get here from downtown Olympia, up courthouse hill on the west side of Capitol Lake or come from West Olympia on Cooper Point Drive past the auto mall.

I have worked with Melissa for several years (5+) as my family law case keeps returning to court. Melissa and her team have collectively been amazing in helping me win my case time and again. Melissa was too busy for my case, she didn’t take the opposing attorney very seriously and this almost cost me loosing custody of my son. I obtained a new attorney who has taken the time to care and really worked through the case, and now things have turned out the way things should have originally. She was a very nice lady but family law can be dangerous when not taken seriously.

Melissa and her team were very patient and knowledgeable and helped me work through a very difficult divorce that lasted nearly a year. The results I achieved were unexpected and due to Melissa's expertise, I was able to resolve my case in mediation.
