Absolutely Horrible….we paid Desmond $10k just to help us fight paying POST secondary child support to a money hungry, lazy ex who spends her money on Botox and hair extensions, chooses not to work, has received tens of thousands of dollars from unemployment and hasn’t made a house payment in two years! Yet still accuses us of being the bad guys. Desmond’s communication was poor to say the least - no communication for weeks - no returned phone calls or emails, adding stress to a stressful situation. Desmond pushed out our court date just to get paid more. Now we’re out $10,000 AND paying

Mr Kolke took my money then didn’t call or file the correct documents. He was late 4 hours to Trial. My divorce was final & he was notified on September 16, 2020 . I found out I was divorce by checking online September 21, 2020. He has refuses to tell me legally what is in the final order .My x husband has been harassing the day after the trial 07.13.2020 & I ask for him to file a no contact order . The courts will not allow me to do it because he is the lawyer on file . My x husband call the mortgage company & change the terms of the loan which they can report the loan is in rears because he

Desmond Kolke has a heart for justice and taking care of his clients. I first started working with him almost a year ago in what seemed like a simple case. It has not been. I paid desmond to take care of a simple case last year and he still has not done his job. It's been 7 months since I last talked to him and now he will not return my texts or calls. He worked for me 10 years ago and did alright, so I thought hire him again to take care of a small issue, I paid him 2500 and so far he has done nothing. I'm very unhappy and feel cheated
