We often replace original parts with OEM parts to ensure that your equipment is running properly and efficiently through the hot Atlanta summers and cold (okay, may just cool depending on the year) Georgia winters.

I didn't know anyone to recommend me a company to replace my old AC system. I strictly went on the reviews. I wasn't disappointed. Our HVAC unit broke, and had received a few quotes from others as well. Atlanta Air Authority came and did the diagnostics, and had also quoted a full replacement unit. They were very cost competitive, and they knew exactly what specifications were needed for a heat pump split system / wall mount and Roof top installation at the condo.
Jim was extremely helpful. We decided to go with the full unit replacement. Installation was quick, easy, and as painless as it could be. Thank you!!

This is the one!!!! The owner is a top notch guy who really understands customer service, and the service he provides isn't remotely standard. It's so far above and beyond. I contacted AAA yesterday when our air went wonky and my house was 87 degrees inside. I seriously felt like I was going to die. This big girl is not built for a tropical climate inside my house. These guys were great! We needed to replace 2 full systems and add duct work. They responded quickly, came out, measured and had a quote to me within a day. That might not seem like a big deal, but 4 other company's did not. Once we agreed, they were out to install within 3 days. I had lots of question and was willing to spend what I needed to do to get the best system for my house. Keith made some great suggestions as well as kept me from a few things I thought I needed. This is my second purchase from Atlanta Air Authority. The first purchase was Ductless heating and AC for a newly finished out basement. Keith (the owner) earned my trust from that experience. Our A/C went out. Of course during a hot week. Our system was on borrowed time with 20 years under its belt. We had quotes from two companies. But I knew before getting off the phone with Keith that we'd probably ended using Atlanta Air Authority. Super knowledgeable, not pushy with recommendations and ended up having our entire HVAC replaced with in two days. It's hard to write a review without talking about the negative experiences we had with our previous HVAC company which we used for upgrades and had maintenance agreements with for 15 years.
Long story short Atlanta Air Authority definitely goes out of there way not only to get a customer but to keep them.
You can certainly call another company and one technician would be great but the next would be fresh out of training. We've had 3 different techs out and they have all been fantastic.
They are in business to make money but they also

Jim and Dave came to our home with our air conditioning not working at all! It was 83 degrees and climbing. After some frustrations through our Home Warranty company, we decided to get 2nd and 3rd opinions. The 2nd opinion we received was to replace our unit that is only six years old or spend over $500 JUST to diagnose the leak. We thought that didn't sound right so in comes Atlanta Air Authority. Excellent company and excellent staff. We had a lightning strike back in July that blew out one of our two furnace/AC units. Keith and his staff took the time to explain to us exactly what they were going to do for replacement, including a full review of the Furnace/AC/blower unit that he would be using to replace what we had. His crew worked overtime to get our AC up and running, since we were right in the middle of the summer. Keith also worked with us for our insurance claims so that everything worked out properly in the end.
