I've been going to Dubunne for several years, and decided to become a member this year, along with a couple of friends. Now, we're thinking that's a big mistake. I booked a massage with a therapist I did not know. While waiting outside for my appointment, there was a very loud couple in the sauna. One of the male massage therapists came out twice to bring champagne to the couple, and I guess a glass for himself, as there were 3 glasses each time. I was extremely happy with Nicole who did my LED face peel. What bothered me was the fact that my husband gave me a Very generous gift to DuBunne for my birthday. However when I went to pay for the service they wouldn't allow me to tip from the girt card. I don't quite understand why this is their policy.
I've been going to DuBunne for sometime and their prices now are outrageous. If we buy a gift card for $500.00 dollars we should be able to spend it there the way we choose to. I feel I should be allowed to take the tip out of our balance to tip.

I called to inquire about appointments. When I heard the pricing, which were on the higher end, I decided to shop around some more. When I called back to make an appointment, I was put on hold for more than 3 mins and I hung up. I do not know if they black listed me bcs I stated their prices were high, but I did call back to book an appointment. If they do black list, that's unfortunate. Also, unfortunate and bad for business, not to have more than one person who can answer calls.

DuBunne spa is absolutely incredible!!! I say this because the first time we went for a champagne and roses--we were floored with the friendliness, and massages. It's the perfect place for some heavenly goodness amidst this pandemic with outdoor treatments. I felt so relaxed!

The massage was amazing hence the 4 star review. She did have long nails which was bothersome. We booked the massage outside and asked if it was too cold and if we should move it inside. They assured us it was not cold and they have heating pads on the beds. When we got on the beds, they were not warm. The masseuse's hands were also cold. They were 10 minutes late to starting the massage and they ended at 50 minutes later so we lost 10 minutes. There was no music playing during the massage so we had to ask for some. I also had to ask for essential oils to smell before the start of the massage

I've been going to only this exact spa for the past 10 years and I love it. I'm not the person who likes to leave reviews, but I wanted to take the time out to leave a review because the staff is amazing, the facility is always up to par with everything working, being clean, the services, the environment is completely serene and calm. It's definitely a wonderful experience every time I go and this is the only spot that I go to.

The whole place feels a little ramshackle and some of the amenities feel a little "b-team" (weak shower heads, lockers that wouldn't latch, etc) compared to the quality of nearby Burke Williams. I recently visited this spa for the first time and I was really impressed. The staff was wonderful, the facility was nice, and overall I had a good time. My issue, and reason for the 3 stars, is that I was overcharged for my services. I ordered a package, and instead of being charged for the package, I was charged for the services individually. After looking at my receipt, I called and made the mistake known and was told that someone would get back to me. No one did. Oh well, it was a nice spa, but I probably won't be back

Finally I had vacation time when busineeses are now open and I scheduled a Cannabliss massage with Amber on 9/10/21.
The front desk ladies and Debbie is very sweet getting my tub ready and making sure everything before and after went well.
The massage was heaven. Amber is the best with strong hands, professional and friendly. Even though the massage ended at 5:50 she still offered me a drink and to relax

I booked a couples appointment for my parents as I had a pleasant experience buying products there years ago. After going to the store in person to buy a gift certificate, the receptionist was not really pleasant to talk to but I dismissed it. I called to try to cancel to reschedule my appointment, but the receptionist, India, seemed to speak with major attitude. She comes off as very arrogant and as if she doesn’t want to be there. For the price I paid for the couples spa, that is very disappointing. As of now, I am regretting having chosen this location, but I will update after I hear feedback

Went for a massage to help relieve sore muscles. I always love coming to the spa because they make you feel at home. I had a new massage therapist this time, Alejandra. I was completely blown away by the experience. She asked questions before we began and she focused on all of the areas that had a lot of tension, she also used a perfect amount of pressure. Her techniques were slightly different than a standard therapist and I really appreciated that because it helped even more. By the time she was done I felt like butter. She got there 3 minutes after her appointment, went up to the front desk and was greeted with "You're late, you won't be able to go into the soak but you still have to pay for it". Loved it here. The ladies were very welcoming and I had the best service. I was offered a tour when I first checked in. I first changed into the robe and sandals they provide. The locker rooms were clean and nice as well. They have a curtain room for people who are a bit shy also . I was then offered a drink , I went with a classic mimosa. They had amenities like a steam room, showers, outdoor lounge, indoor relax rooms that I used for about an hour before checking in. Would definitely recommend this place! Try the rescue me package , you won't regret it.

My husband and I had a wonderful time at the spa! Even during covid, we were still able to enjoy most of the amenities provided. I recommend showing up early for your appointment so you can enjoy a glass of wine/ champagne/ mimosa while you wait in the outdoor patio. Everyone that worked there was so nice and the massages were amazing! We also got to enjoy a private hot tub in the same room as our couple's massage. I will definitely be back and wish I found this place sooner!

I had my very 1st spa experience here today. I'm a busy work from home mother of 3 and I don't do things like this, EVER. My husband got me a gift cert for mother's day and I finally got the chance to use it. OMG!!! What an experience!!! From the moment I walked in to the checkout I felt like I was in a different world. Beautiful decor, excellent customer service and the actual services performed were luxurious and relaxing. My face feels like a baby's butt and my muscles feel a bit like noodles... exactly what I was looking for. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for any of their services
