After 14 years as a recovery room and intensive care nurse at local hospitals, Sharon joined her husband Al in his general contractors business as a licensed realtor. Throughout the last 27 years, Sharon has been serving relocating and move-up buyers to achieve their dream of home ownership.

Absolute sham of a business. Complete failure to execute as property management company or real estate vendor. Failure to collect rent on time, failure to charge and collect late fees, failure to increase rent as per contract, failure to keep eye on property and enforce lease agreement as far as care and maintenance of property, failure to work with tenant to show home for sale, unilaterally decided to pull listing from MLS and then charged landlord $200, collected property management fees for 2 months after termination of contract, took the above monies from tenant’s deposit and refused to work
