Bayou Shadows Condominium Assn was created in the early 1980's, units built by Bruce Olivier, a local contractor. The complex is comprised of 15 units, five triplex buildings located off Palm Drive at the entrance of Palm Lake Subdivision. Each unit has some 1200 sq ft of living space, which features the living room, kitchen, laundry area and half bath down and two bedrooms and one bath upstairs.

Marion B Real Estate in Slidell, Louisiana has let us down. They were hired to manage the Village Townhouse Apts. after Katrina but have treated it poorly ever since. They have never cleaned the courtyards and there is garbage that sits for months on the property. Some of the debri from Katrina is STILL laying around the complex. They allowed the apts. to become run down almost on purpose. The complex was once filled with hard working people but they seem to not care who they allow to move in now. There are broken down cars left parked for months on the property and the new people moving in don
