I have been here a total of 2 times. I always like to give second chances before I write a bad review. The first time I walked in, I was completely ignored by two sales associate. Mind you I was the only person in there at the time. I thought to myself as I walked out of the store....I am never giving these people my business.
Then, I received a pair of boots bought from shoe fitters from my husband. Upon careful inspection I found a rip at the Seam of the boot. When brought the shoes to return he said, "we don't sell defective shoes here. I Can give you store credit." Then proceeded
