One of the therapists I knew who mived in with your services didn't care about listening 2 me & was judgemental cuz I was disabled & had no job akillaI lied 2 her about a medical education & ahe told & was encouraging my POA & aaid that she had a wonderful sense of humor & looked at me as the worst client 2 work with. Felt I deserved all bad things which c@me 2 me. I done even know what the hell I am doing alive in this world. I @m hurt. I @ao can t stand thise who are much more better than me. PERIOD.Nothing but past emotional neglect Its your problem" attitude..

This company is highly unethical in their medical billing practices. During a pandemic you would think any time someone has a fever that would be an acceptable reason to waive a late cancel fee. I woke up with a fever earlier in the year and had to fight to have the fee canceled. Months later my daughter woke up with a 102 fever so to follow the CoVid protocol I called and let them know I would not feel right bringing her in with a fever. Fast forward to the next appointment they charged me a late cancel fee and refused to waive as they have a strict policy of only one waived fee per customer.

This is not a review of the therapist's at Sonoran Life Solutions but it is a review of their front desk staff. My wife has Cyclic vomiting syndrome which
is characterized by episodes of severe vomiting that have no apparent cause. Episodes can last for hours or days and alternate with symptom-free periods. Episodes are similar, meaning that they tend to start at the same time of day, last the same length of time, and occur with the same symptoms and intensity. Literally the biggest phony place to go to! They lie about caring for your needs. They lie about billing. They lie before you walk into the office and make promises they shouldn’t have. Once that was disclosed to the owner she said that didn’t happen. Yeah because she was on the phone right. They charge a fee even when they know you can’t afford it espicially during a world wide pandemic. This location doesn’t strive to help or keep their patients. When I called to complain the owner asked question if liked the therapist trying to wheel me back into going before even addressing the issue

Delilah Hull is simply PHENOMENAL. My girlfriend and I have been seeing for her several months--wish we would have done it YEARS ago. She's no doubt made a huge difference. Our relationship is extremely complicated with a lot of pitfalls. Delilah has been able to get thru to both of us and make us see the other person's point of view. And talk us down from our over-reactions and walk us through more effective, constructive communication.. CANNOT speak highly enough about her. Without her we would not have a chance.

This place needs to get up to date with its forms and scheduling. Very archaic. I canceled a session over the phone, well within the 24 hour cancellation period and still received a “no show” fee. The only proof I’m able to provide is my phone record because there is no email or phone confirmation of appointments. I won’t be paying $50 for an office error.

The only reason I give it 2 stars is because Sue was amazing! But the office staff sucks. I read the reviews for several locations and I thought i would give them a try. There are some bad reviews in here that I should have listen to.
If you are using insurance make sure you know the benefits and coverage 100%. Also do not let them pick the provider for you, pick it yourself. I used my insurance and I told them I did not have a preference on who I saw AS LONG AS it was in network and it was a women. (Some of the Counselors/Therapists do not take the same insurances). I talked to the front desk
