SNAHC offers tremendous services. The staff is friendly and personable. My providers all go by their first names. Unfortunately these things make them very popular and busy. I spend an hour or more on hold trying to get info or make an appointment. If they stepped up their game they would be untouchable. Until then I'll sit here in hold.

I definitely wouldn't recommend this facility... unprofessional staff and services.
I took my son here for a Covid test on Saturday 9/11. Upon being checked in by the nurse, she asked what my son's symptoms were, so we told her. Low fever (100°), runny nose and sore throat. She then stated (in front of my son). "Yeah, with those symptoms, it's most likely Covid". I was appalled. She had NO RIGHT to make such an assumption. And in front of my son? He was terrified. Now, 3 days later, I contacted customer support because my son's barcode for results keeps say "no information at this time"....well

Don't EVER expect a live person to answer the phone if you call. Can't keep ahold of decent physicians or psychiatrists for more than a year. A star each for the medical and dental front desk staff. The girl at the front desk in mental health needs to use her inside voice when discussing patient information.
