Established in 1997 by Brian Connell. Brian is a life long resident of Hillsborough County. He graduated from Plant City High school in 1981.
The business successfully grew each year with numerous residential and commercial accounts. Throughout the years, Brian also invested and rehabbed several homes. Brian at Connell Homes was very patient, professional and insightful throughout the whole process .Very down to earth, no annoying sales tactics, just an easy to get along with, good person.
The process of designing our home was transparent and simple, as well as fun and exciting. We were amazed at the quality of the standard options, definitely upgrades with other builders. Brian listened to our concerns and listened to our wants and needs and helped us structure a custom plan to build our dream home.

Connell Homes built our family home and we could not have been happier. Brian was professional and extremely knowledgeable, but also very personable and fun to work with. This builder is up-to-date on all of the latest designs. Many items that are considered "upgrades" with other companies are standard with this builder.
I could come to Brian with a picture or idea and he knew exactly what was needed to accomplish the look. He made all of my ideas come to life and made the best recommendations. He was very accommodating of our schedules and really kept us on track with our selections.
