Best doesn’t it’s I’ve been too very clean and friendly. All the staff want the best care for you and are very friendly and respectful. You can tell they like their job and they have created a fun environment. Can honestly say I enjoy going to the dentist. Would highly recommend switching to bright smile. :)

Had a wonderful experience at Bright Smile dental today. Got all four wisdom teeth removed. The top two were a breeze to get out but I definitely felt everything with the bottom two. I was that patient crying, squeezing the assistant through the cutting and pulling but they were all so sweet and let me sit up to Gag in-between the pains. They even squeezed my partner in while I was in surgery to look at his teeth and recommend a visit in the future. We will probably make this dentist office our routine place from now on.

Like others have said the staff here is very friendly and professional. One thing I'd like to mention is the lack of wait time here. My appointments have all been right on time with little to no wait (2-3 minutes max). This has been such a large contrast with my last two dentists where it was normal to have me waiting 30 to 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment. It's refreshing to have a dentist office that respects your time. All of my appointments so far have been with Dr. Cheung. We started our relationship with Bright Smile Dental a few months ago when my husband required an emergency visit for a broken tooth. Since it was later in the day, they could not get him in same day, but they got him in early the next morning. Do not go here if you have any dental phobia or do not tolerate dental pain. I was humiliated by Dr. Cheung for having a panic attack during a root canal because I was having pain. He called me a baby and kept yelling I was taking up too much time. I've never been treated so poorly. I'm in healthcare, he needs Better beside manner!

Bright Smile is an amazing office, with an all around great staff! I got a consultation the day after I called and ended up getting my wisdom teeth out the day of my consultation! They are flexible, friendly, informative, and genuine! The staff held my hand the whole time! I couldn’t of asked for a better experience in something that is suppose to be scary. I have been to Bright Smile Dental and Dr. Cheung several years ago. I was visiting a friend and my teeth was causing severed discomfort/pains. Dr. Cheung and his staff are excellent, kind and thoughtful scheduled me in for an emergency visit. The consultation revealed i needed a root canal and crown. Dr. Cheung and his staff talked me through the process and made sure I was comfortable. I was so impress and appreciative that they fit me in and made me feel at ease for an emergency procedures. I had a molar that cracked in half last weekend, and they were able to get me in right after I called on Saturday. I was only in the office for about 30 minutes, including the time it took for me to fill out the paperwork and for the extraction itself. It was the quickest appointment I think I've ever had. I have a huge fear of dentists, but everyone in the office was very calm and professional which helped quite a lot.

Dr. Cheung was smart, funny, and to the point. All his staff were friendly, cordial and knowledgeable. Kaycee and Kayla, who assisted Dr. Cheung in working on my teeth, were the best!
The x-rays were done with hardly any discomfort. My cleaning was completely painless. Dr. Cheung even gave my teeth a manicure, which I highly recommend to anyone else (seriously, ask him about it!). I went in for a routine check-up
