Ine of tue best suite hotels I have had the pleasure to stay at. The pool actually works here as well as the chair assist for the disabled. My fclient in a wheelchair loves it. The staff is friendly and courteous. They serve free breakfast and dinner plus 2 drinks at happy hour per room. Thanks for making things comfortable.

Front Desk was extremely rude! Never tried to do anything to help me. I showed my confirmation for the hotel but their answer was "you can wait for the reservation to show up and then we can check you in". What a surprise! Booked two rooms for a Sierra Vista visit to attend a dear friends Celebration of Life. The front attendants were very friendly and helpful. Even offered us a libation after check in. Rooms were spacious, clean and cool. Along with a kitchenette, microwave, frig, sink and coffee maker. The bathrooms were clean and had plenty of towels. The shower water was nice and hot even during the busy morning rush hour. Easy to access the main road and nearby restaurants and entertainment. Complementary snacks, soda and water bottles. Complementary breakfast had a large selection of breakfast

I really liked my room! I feel it was a very well appointed room for the price. The hotel is well appointed overall, in my opinion. It has something for any kind of traveler, whether they be a family on vacation, a couple looking for a romantic getaway, or the business traveler on an overnight stay.

My son was graduating from basic training and I am so glad I picked this hotel! I don't travel much so I get a little anxiety, but this place made all that disappear immediately. We arrived rather late but were greeted so nicely and professional. Great location, room, pool, staff and happy hour and breakfast! We had a wonderful stay- Very accommodating! I was actually sad to leave. Ha Thanks Best Western staff...You all are awesome!

So just arrived after 14 hours of travel. Greeted by a perfectly delightful woman at the front desk who told us about the complimentary breakfast, complimentary dinner, and nightly 2 free adult beverages. Sitting here with a cold beer in my hand, there is nothing less than 5 stars I could possibly give. Damn, this is the way ALL hotels should work!

Have stayed here before and rooms and service were good. Just called to make a reservation and was told to call back in 5 minutes as they were busy. Understandable. Called back as asked in 5 but was told they were busy to call back. I said I'm busy and you have lost a customer. The 2 star rating was the average between 1 (current call) and 3 from the previous stay. Someone the need to learn how to multitask when answering the phone or ask for help.

We were so impressed with this hotel & our only complaint is that there are not more of them in other places we love to travel to in Arizona. First of all it was very affordable. Seemed newly built, very well kept & very clean, probably the cleanest feeling overnight stay we've had anywhere. The room was very comfortable, very roomy, high ceilings, small kitchenette, all the necessities included, with a small sitting area & separate space for the bed. The included breakfast the next morning actually surprised us with how nice it was. We honestly did not want to leave!

This hotel has great potential but falls a little short. The southwest decor is nice. There is a nice size refrigerator with freezer and a microwave in the room. Pillows are big and lumpy - not good. They offer snacks and supper in the evening, Monday - Thursday. For supper there is a bowl of salad greens plus bacon or ham, cherry tomatoes, hard boiled egg slices and shredded cheese to put on salad plus a variety of Newman's Own salad dressings. I was looking for a hotel that was close to Bisbee, AZ. I looked at Yelp and Trip Advisor for the best reviews. I quickly eliminated all the chain hotels as they all seemed to have some type of issue. I was left with the Garden Place Suites and Gateway Studio Suites. During my search I found that these hotels were actually "sister hotels". I decided on Garden Place Suites as they had a kitchenette and a balcony.

I travel extensively and this hotel has been the best hotel equipped for traveling individuals that I have ever experienced. The rooms are large and super clean, they serve breakfast, dinner and drinks, they have laundry, it is literally anything you hope for. Please open a few in California!! This place was absolutely wonderful! I didn't have the opportunity to take advantage of all the amenities offered, like two complimentary drinks, dinner, the pool/hot tub etc (it was just me with my two young kids) but it was still enjoyable. The staff is incredibly friendly, the rooms have a king size bed with tiny kitchen (fridge and freezer, microwave, stove included along with some dishes,) and the breakfast was tasty! Additionally, they offer military discount. This seems to be the popular place to stay, so be sure to book in advance!

Our H.O.G. chapter just stayed here again (March of 2018), and four years after the first time we were there, it was just as good - plus, along with the popcorn, they now have basic nachos (chips, cheese, and jalapenos).
Clean rooms, friendly staff, early check out available the night before you leave, the snacks and beer and wine... what's not to like about this place? AND... it's very affordable. If you need a hotel in or around Sierra Vista, Garden Place Suites is the place to go.

Fantastic! We are Holiday Inn people, but I would say this place is nicer. We are from Illinois, just driving through Arizona. They actually have free food in the evening and alcoholic beverages. The staff ( Stephanie) very friendly and helpful, she gave my husband a huge list of restaurants in the area. There are no USB ports in the room , but they loaned me an adaptor. The room is not extremely fancy, but extremely clean, smells nice and the air conditioner was great! If this were a chain, we would look for it everywhere. Last but not least the price was under$100. If you read reviews and wonder if they're truthful, I'll do my best here. This is the nicest hotel we've stayed at on this trip. Nothing fancy, just a nice, clean reasonable priced hotel. The staff is very friendly and the night manager, Stephanie, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable.

I was actually very impressed with my stay at Garden Suites. The room is clean. And gigantic- queen sized bed with a mini divider that separates the bed from two couches, an almost full sized refrigerator, a stove and sink, desk, tv, the works. And obviously a bathroom. The ceilings are also very high which makes the room feel even more spacious. The hotel also has a small pool and a gym. The gym doesn't have very much, just some cardio machines and cable machines (no free weights). Your stay also includes free breakfast and dinner (not all days).
