How can you receive your "New Servicing Loan Number"? This is included in your new servicing letter titled "Notice of Servicing Transfer" sent out to you via mail. Make sure to save this letter for your records once you receive it. The New Servicing Loan Number can be found at the top of the first page and is not the loan number used during your recently closed mortgage transaction.

Alana was extremely knowledgeable and super helpful from day 1. She patiently answered each of our question regarding the mortgage process and she made herself available to us despite her busy schedule. As a first time home buyer, this is sort of an education and hand-holding we expected and she was there for us whenever we needed. We had been trying to refinance our home for about a year. We had worked with 2 different companies that let's say did not not do us well. Greg and his team at RWM was recommended to us. Greg Pettersen handled our mortgage with exceptional professionalism and expertise. He had our application promptly approved and made the entire process hassle-free. The online portal is very easy to use; over 90% of the documents were signed electronically and I always knew what steps came next.
