Great place to call home, All the people who work there are super professional and friendly, They help you during the process to rent an apartment, and make feel is super easy and fast. Anique Parham how she is the manager. She always takes the time to answer you and guide you on any questions you have. And if course the entire team their super awesome, friendly and the apartment complex always looks clean and well take care. RUN AWAY!
At each step of the way I was lied to.
When I toured them I was told a reduced rent price from the one listed on their website. Upon calling them to double check the rent, it was still lower than the listed price on the website. Until I hit apply and got approved, after which administration told me the rent price listed on the website. They just wanted to apply and pay the non-refundable. But the lies don't stop here.
Once my app for approved I wanted to tour the place, which wasn't even ready by the date it was listed to be by. I persisted to tour it even though only some paintjob

Applied w a $200 holding deposit, and the leasing office did not contact me or anyone on my lease in any way. We didn't even get a confirmation email when the app was completed. They did call my cosigner from a call center though, 5 days after applying. Scummy vibes; save your money and apply elsewhere ✌️

Recently checked this property and choose not to even bother speaking with anyone. Property was littered with trash and the dumpster area was atrocious. Multiple vehicles parked curbside that appears to be abandoned. Either there’s poor management or the residents aren’t people that I would want as neighbors; I wasn’t willing to find out.
