Amazing local family business lead by Silva and Adam. I tried several dry dealers in the Agoura/TO area before calling this one home for several years. Adam and Silva take the time to remember your name and invest in a relationship with you which is rare in today’s business climate. The quality of work is outstanding. Never did I have a problem with burnt collars, buttons, cuffs etc like other dry cleaners. Adam knows his craft and pays attention to the equipment so this doesn’t happen. I highly recommend TLC for any dry cleaning and alterations.

I used these cleaners before and they did a decent job. I wanted to use their service again but I called for pricing first. The person on the phone confirmed 50% off for dry cleaning. I called back a few min later asking for a price on dry cleaning a sweater. He quoted me $9.50, but then said he wouldn't give me the 50% discount anymore because I called twice asking for pricing. I pointed out to him there is no pricing on your website but he didn't care.
I was very surprised and extraordinarily disappointed by his lack of professionalism over a call about pricing. I have no idea why he would be

I brought in a pair of satin pants that were way too long on me and wanted to get them hemmed. Silva was super sweet and I told her how much I wanted trimmed and sewn. A week later, I picked up my pants and they were even better than I expected! The alteration was absolutely perfect and very professionally done. I'm super happy with this service and will definitely be back for more services in the future. Thank you very much

I was visiting CA and used TLC and then was unable to pick my items up before I had to leave. Adam was so wonderful, he delivered my clothes to my friend's home the same day I called in a panic.
The clothes were perfect, Adam was efficient and calmed me down, it was
such a relief and a nice thing for him to do.
I 100 % recommend the Westlake Village TLC.

Absolutely amazing. We tried to clean Bogner suit in different places. Everybody charged us and returning suit with yellow stains. Everybody said that it’s impossible to clean. This guys did magic!!!! They just clean it and suit looks like a new!!!! Highly recommend them. They are very professional and reasonable.

I came in during quarantine for dry cleaning and forgot to mention that the last dry cleaners had messed up the hem on my office dress. When I came back to pick up my dress, Adam told me he’d had the hem fixed, I believe by Silva, and the minimal added expense was well worth it.
Also, I called this place after business hours one evening, and Adam called me immediately the next morning because he’d listened to my voicemail. Who does that level of professional service anymore? No one but TLC!

Absolutely FANTASTIC cleaning service! I brought in my wedding dress to have them clean it after my wedding...which was FOUR YEARS AGO! The dirt that was caked on the bottom of the dress had seeped halfway up the dress, and the whole thing was even turning slightly pink from all the old dirt! (It's worth noting that my wedding was outdoors in Colorado, and I trekked through a ton of dirty fields during my wedding, so the dress was really, really, really dirty....) Somehow, they got it as white as the day I'd bought it over four years ago!!! Amazing. I really didn't think they'd be able to get it

If anyone understands the Dry Cleaning business, it would be me. My family owned a Dry Cleaners for 30 years. I have tried all the competitors in the area. I will not shame them by naming them here. When I found TLC, I knew this was the right place for me. Not only do they not wash my clothes and Dry Clean it as I request, they get some of stains out of my clothes that their competitors couldn't. Don't waste your time or money elsewhere. The price point is perfect. This is a local family owned business that deserves your business. Try them for yourself and I promise you will not be disappointed
