Dropped off a 400 dollar mattress topper here. When it was done it was still wet and the feathers felt clumped together and there was still a stain. The man working there said he would redo the work. I will post a follow up review
Update: I went in to pick up my topper only to leave frustrated and dissatisfied. The women there could not find my topper. I'm confused as normally it would be labeled to avoid this confusion. I was told the boss would be back later and that he may know where it is. Will update once I receive my topper
