East Tennessee Orthodontics now has 2 locations. Come visit our original office in Oak Ridge or our 2nd location in Powell. Where ever you are around the Knoxville area we are convenient to you. Our Oak Ridge office is located off of the Oak Ridge Turnpike close to Food City and our Powell Office is located off of West Emory Road across the street from the Powell Station Park and Powell High School.

We have had the best experience at East Tennessee Orthodontics! They are great at working our school schedule. With the COVID, I feel very comfortable sending my son alone into the office for his appointment. The staff rely all information to me through a text message. If I have a question, I can call the office and get an immediate response.

My daughter is a patient. The office is so state of the art, staff is super attentive, friendly, and understanding. Everyone at this practice makes you feel welcome and at ease as soon as you walk into their doors. Having two locations is a definite plus! I am absolutely pleased with the care she is receiving at ETO and would HIGHLY recommend to anyone seeking orthodontics treatment.

I came here for a 2nd opinion consultation on adult braces after not feeling comfortable with the place I went to closer to home. I drove over an hour to come here just because of other people's reviews and let me tell you I was not disappointed.
