First off, I want to admit it was my mistake taking my vehicle somewhere other than Joey Watkins. My mistake thinking that all auto centers are created equal.
This place is by far the best. Very courteous employees. Will give you an answer to your question, not just have you waiting on hold just to transfer you to someone else. They actually care!
The other shops I went to could not get my tires off due to a over torqued lug nut. Joey Watkins had me drop my van off with the promise it would be done the next day. IT WAS DONE THE SAME DAY to my surprise.😊 They replaced my old tires with the

Cannot say enough about these guys. Scheduled an appointment and dropped off the blazer today to get the master cylinder booster assembly put on I've had for months now and just not had time to do it. While there I asked them to just do all the rear brakes because I thought that's what it needed as well, A technician by the name of Red chose honesty and integrity over greed and making his flat rate hours like so many guys i have worked with over the years unfortunately. Don’t know what happened, but I can’t recommend Joey Watkins anymore. They won’t take appointments for alignments, so I went there early one morning and get told that I’ll have to leave my truck all day and they’ll try to get it done. They told me that if I came early and was the first one in line when they opened I could get it done right away that day. So I come back 1/2 hour before they open and I’m the first one in line. Then I get told they’re really busy, don’t have enough employees, and would have to leave my truck overnight and maybe they can get to it the next day. 1 star

I needed new tires mounted for my car and had a pair sent to this shop. Drop off on a Wednesday at 7:30 AM was busy. My husband called towards the end of the day to ask about the status and was told that they were handling the paperwork and to go ahead and come in.

Sadly, we just had a poor experience here. I gave them a 2, instead of a 1, just because so many others have had good experiences. My daughter got tires and an alignment here last year. The front tires are wearing oddly, so we dropped it off for a tire rotate and alignment again. They called the next day and had this long list of items, including brake pads (NOT worn out) and fan belts. Over $1000. We opted to not have the fan belt and other nonsense done, to fix their alignment mix up. 🙄 The main reason that I did not do the tire rotation at home, was that I could not remove the wheels. I was

I usually do my own maintenance and service on all of my vehicles. This time I needed to replace the oil pan gasket in my '13 F-150. I could have done it myself but because I don't own a lift, the job would have been a little messy. I opted to have it done at a shop even though I haven't been to a service shop in years. I called up Joey Watkins and they gave me a fair price over the phone. I took it in and they took care of it in quick time.
