Needham Equipment Company was established in the late 1800s. We used to sell horse and buggy equipment to blacksmiths. After the automobile was invented we started selling equipment for servicing auto tires. Jim Needham, also known as Old Man Needham, still runs the company aided by his two sons Brett and Trey.

What a poor and bad service. First we were offered a service for $700 and after finishing, the invoice was $1000+. Then, the lift didn't work and we are still waiting for them to come and fix it. We call almost every day and no answer. Tons of voicemails, no answer. These people don't deserve even one star. First time and list time we do business.

I just called trying to get a quote on installing a flush mount Bendpak lift. The lady that answered was not very friendly and said they do not install Bendpak because they're not ALI certified. I thought that sounded funny and so I looked it up and Bendpak is 100% ALI certified. Not a fan of a dishonest company.
