The Kincaid House, a Barber McMurry designed Dutch Colonial home, was built in the early 1930's. It's gazebo and garden walls are constructed from stone extracted from the Norris Dam project. It sits atop 4 acres of beautiful property and boasts a unique, stone tower gazebo that looks out to a formal, stone walled English garden.

We held our intimate wedding at this venue. Melissa, Susan, and Stacy were wonderful! Our vendors did a fabulous job, Bradford Catering, Sound Review, and Samuel Franklin Florist. Our special day was a memorable experience for everyone! We booked the Kincaid House for our wedding, and I seriously could not imagine having had my wedding anywhere else but here.

Josh & Ryan are two AMAZING people. When I first chose The Kincaid House it was owned by a different party, so they took over with less than a few months before my wedding and the transition was flawless. They are always on top of everything. They take every detail seriously! Every email was responded to quickly and I got so much reassurance from them about any concern I had. They offer such great packages & pricing too! A little advice, HIRE Josh as your coordinator because he literally is the best. We just had our wedding at the Kincaid House. I cannot say enough nice things about the Kincaid House. I would give you ten stars if that were an option! Josh and Ryan are wonderful! They worked so hard with all of our vendors to make sure we had a perfect day. Everyone was so kind and personable and made our guests feel at ease. Our entire bridal party and our families felt very comfortable throughout the day and we truly had a wonderful day, even better than we had imagined. If you are a bride or looking to have an event don’t hesitate on this beautiful venue. The Kincaid House is amazing!

We had toured several venues in the area and this one was not only beautiful but reasonably priced and included some small things that add up, like tablecloths and lunch for the wedding party. Melissa was a pleasure to work with. She was quick to respond anytime we had a question prior to our wedding date. We were concerned when the pandemic hit but Melissa cared about our guests just as much as we did and I am happy to report that not a single person got sick.
