Ernie represented me in a felony domestic violence case. Not only did he get it knocked down to a misdemeanor, I ended up pleading to the lowest possible one they had. No probation, no jail, and a $200 fine. Ernie was instrumental in getting the State's Attorney to see things his way. I was facing a 3rd degree DUI felony.

NOT RECOMMEND! I am 73 year old Vietnam Veteran. I paid chang $3500.00 to defend me against a false battery charge. He said he thought I was not guilty. He said I had a 70% case of being found not guilty. He coerced me into taking a pretrial prevention sentence. After I realized that I would be punished for something I did not do, I rejected it. At what I thought was going to be a Constitutional jury trial, the prosecutor offered a plea bargain. Chang coerced me into taking it. Before judge adkin, I rejected it and said I was not guilty and wanted a jury trial. she allowed chang to again
