Called and asked for a heatsink fan. Answer was yes we do. Great I'll be down in a bit. Drove 25 minutes walked in. Yes we have it. He asked did you bring it in. I said no it's simply a fan. 2 minutes and it's in. He said I'm sorry I only have it if I install it. What? Why didn't you tell me this before I drove here? No reply. Just greedy!

Tech cancelled on us last minute. Very unprofessional. Wouldn't bill for time spent traveling. Just overall a mess. Steer clear...left us in a really bad spot. - EDIT - You're missing the point, I said bill us...you didn't listen or bill us for the time spent. It was basically free money, but instead you acted like it was an inconvenience to get paid for your time....then gave me the run around when we actually needed a tech and cancelled at the very last minute....literally 20 minutes before you were supposed to be there.

Edit: Kevin built my PC within 5 hours and showed me how to wire everything in my new custom build. Would ABSOLUTELY recommend coming here, whether you know everything or you don't. He is super patient with answering questions, listening, and working on technology.
