Mike came to me and picked up my two very old crashed computers and within a few days had recovered all my pictures and data. These pictures were precious to me as my granddaughter recently passed. Can I tell you how much it mean't when Mike delivered a flash drive with several years of long lost pictures to me. It was a treasure trove! Thanks again Mike! You have my business from now on!! From the moment I heard Mike’s voice on the phone during my initial call to him, I felt good about him. He came off as very knowledgeable and comforting. Both of those traits were important, as I was very worried about what had happened to my computer. It became clear early on during his service call that the problem was not going to be easy to diagnose. The issue’s cause was not obvious.
Mike rolled up his sleeves and was extremely persistent, eventually identifying and fixing the problem.

Mike was a lifesaver for me right now. With this virus and the schools going to virtual classrooms I was really worried.
