Save yourself the headache and use another company. RUN away if you are offered a job. The owner will work her skeleton crew to the bone while she sits comfortably in her mansion. She doesn't ever set foot in her company. To the point her crew is afraid to even take her phone calls, because she treats them like trash.

Whoever answers the phone at front desk is just terrible. Constant put on hold and never seems to know what's going on. Scheduled a cleaning and they never came. Said they would call to reschedule and never called. Tried again today and gave me the same response even after they didnt show up the first time. Very very unprofessional. Bad customer service

Was very disappointed with this service. Signed up for bi-weekly cleanings, at a specific time each week. The owner Kathy Minch would call the day before to reschedule for a different time every week. She gave short notice, so I had to reschedule my day around for when the cleaning girls would come by the house. About 2 months in, I had a cleaning scheduled for a Saturday. Waited around for 2 hrs. no show. Texted Kathy, she said the girls car broke down & had to reschedule. She gave me no notice. Didn't call or text to let me know. Rescheduled for the following week, & the same thing
