Supreme Maintenance Organization
Supreme Maintenance Organization is recognized throughout the Southeast for cost effective cleaning and facility maintenance solutions, committed values, experienced and stable leadership, extensive employee training and development, and best in class certified service. SMO's CIMS-GB certification gives me confidence that our tenants are being served by a 'best in class' service.

This certification, along with their customer service, helps attract and retain tenants. SMO has been great in providing cleaning services for N&R. We have a 24/7 operation, and SMO graciously provides employees at odd times to accommodate our staffing schedules. I enjoy the convenient location working with my supervisor and manager to provide a clean building for our customers.
Services
At SMO our values are part of our DNA and that helps make Supreme Maintenance Organization very different from many other commercial cleaning companies today. These core beliefs drive each and every valued team member to care about their job and provide extraordinary service with the utmost integrity.
Supreme Maintenance Organization (SMO) was founded in Greensboro, North Carolina in 1989 by David Murphy and Gary Collins. Having just graduated college, the partners started the promising company in their parent's home with a work ethic, Mom's vacuum, and $200. They soon landed their first cleaning contract and hired a few family members and friends to help out.
SMO offers cost effective and sustainable solutions to all your cleaning needs by delivering best-in-class, certified services. SMO has been providing clean and healthy facilities throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and Georgia since 1989. No matter how complex your cleaning needs may be, SMO can create a customized service solution that is just right for your business because the more you know, the more you need.
No business is the same and each one has its own unique needs and challenges. SMO has the experience to help your organization address its challenges and meet its goals. Let us customize a service solution that addresses your unique needs and budget. But don't take our word for it; learn more from our customers in our case studies.
SMO is currently seeking qualified applicants to join our winning team. Feel free to apply for each position in which you are interested. To submit your application, you will need an active email address. If you need an email account you may create one for free at GMAIL, HOTMAIL, or YAHOO. SMO only accepts online applications.

Driving down US220 today and one of your cars (number25) was riding within a few feet (2 to3 feet) from my wife's rear bumper on the way to Asheboro from Randleman. She was doing 5 over the speed limit and he was acting like he was in a hurry to get to a fire. She moved over after she passed the slow traffic. Then your driver flew past her and within a couple minutes he was way ahead. I would estimate his speed at well over 75 to 80mph. Being a truck driver myself. I get rather annoyed with people who drive a company vehicle and do not drive as a curious professional. Please address this issue

Positive: Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness
I’ve worked with them for some years before the lay-off, they were really good to me, and was there when I needed them, so I agave nothing bad to say about them.

Very unprofessional. You have a boss that needs to go to school and learn how what it's like to be a boss and run a place of business. Messy drama filled place and working 4-5 hours a day isn't worth the stress that it will cause you. Other than the boss some of the employees are worth meeting and getting to know.

The staff members were friendly. The work wasn't bad but, the supervisors kept giving you confusing information about the hours you would work and how many days you would work. That part was the BIG HEADACHE for me. I would hope, they would be more consistent in the near future so that workers and staff can at least be on the same page. I would only recommend this job to the people who need extra cash in their pockets.
