We dropped in on Ken to find if he could track down an air leak. Ken was very accommodating, especially since we had no appointment. They spent approximately a half hour testing and tracking and low and behold they corrected the problem; thank you Ken for your professionalism and courtesy.

They’re called the Glass King for a reason. Ken and co totally rule. They went above and beyond to get my windshield replaced on New Year’s Eve, for less than I was quoted by other auto glass shops (including who USAA referred me to!). Super friendly and professional. Would go back in a heart beat and if you’re in need of auto glass repair or replacement, call Ken.

I had a warranty issue with my previous windshieild that the other company wouldn't cover. But Glass King gave me an appt. for the very next day. When I drove away I noticed something that needed to be address. I returned and they totally took responsibility for it. I left my truck there overnight and they had it ready early the next morning. I'll be returning there when I need another windshield. Good job and good value.
