Shoreline Properties is a company that doesnt aim to assist their tenants. Shoreline Properties doesnt respond in emergencies as such when my place took on water and they left me homeless. Shoreline Properties also doesnt honour any promises. Property Managers argue and are combative towards tenants. The aim is for you to pay rent and to never bother them. I would suggest if you want to save the headaches I wouldnt use this company. Trust me they dont care about you they only want your rent payment.

Absolutely impossible to get a hold of anyone there. it's almost as if your being ignored on purpose. have been trying to get them to fix some issues for a long time now with no luck. we have emailed, called, left voicemails and now on the verge of going there in person. we have had a bad experience with this management company since day one. I hear bad things from others as well. so many things left undone or refused to fix ..the list goes on and on. not family friendly. my last resort is now going to the rent board after reading lease papers with the condition inside our rental unit.

I moved in on july 1st. The first time my brother saw my balcony he lifted up the rotten planks and told me that me and my dog were in danger when I read and drink coffee on it and I shouldn't use it. I have asked that it be fixed. Shoreline was more upset that I called them and didn't use their internet portal then my safety concerns. I've told shoreline that I pay extra to have a balcony and I haven't been able to use it for 3 months. They are unsympathetic. They told me a company is coming on the 2nd week of October and that I shouldn't use my balcony. I would not recommend renting from them

Marjorie from head office has been great and helpful. I was kind of worried when I found out that a PM company was purchasing the building I live in, however, the transition was seamless and easy. They have even started fixing things that were neglected by the previous owner and superintendent.
Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently.

Shoreline has managed Monterey Towers for many years. Their service was less good the first few years. We had problems with a big billing we did not owe, etc. More recently, in spite of Covid, service has improved. JENNIFER WEAVER now works directly with with Monterey Towers owners. There have been any number of difficult and complicated projects and issues with the building. JENNIFER WEAVER has done an excellent job coordinating all these jobs, big and small, and keeping residents and owners informed throughout. Her email response time is quick. JENNIFER WEAVER has been simply GREAT!

We're just about fed up with shoreline. Before renting through them, keep in mind, any repairs you need done or anything that goes wrong with your apartment, is taken care of with the cheapest method and is always done half a##. They do whatever they can to pass the buck. With the amount people pay for rent these days, well that's just plain wrong. I don't think their workers are also very experienced judging by the work being improperly done. The flooring installer/contractor that came today kept on apologizing for how the work had to be done and how cheap it was and "is just doing what hes told

We were extremely pleased with the service of Shoreline Properties.
They accepted our application and called our references and were willing to work with us even though we are on ODSP as our primary income. We were feeling anxious and stressed during our search, but Cody and Jessica were extremely nice and helped us in our search.
They went out of their way to try and find us a new place to make sure we were not left without a place to live. We cannot say enough good things about the company. We definitely recommend people looking for a new place to call them in their search. They are very helpful
