I haven’t had any better service in a very long time! From my initial call (Donna), to the work Toby did today on my irrigation system. Have had numerous problems and have had other companies piece meal things together. Toby knocked it all out, from wiring, to replacement of parts, reprogramming…and trying to educate this old lady all the way. Pricing was more than fair!!! Thanks so much!

Scheduled an appointment with Mark for Toby to service my irrigation system. When the time window came and went, I called to see where they were. Mark said he “meant to call me” to let me know they had gotten tied up on another job. He said they would be out in an hour, and would call when they were on their way. Mark never called and never showed up. I wasted the majority of my day waiting. Very inconsiderate, very unprofessional! I would NOT recommend Florida Coastal Irrigation to any one!

Toby and Mark did a great job today. I needed a valve replaced in a 20 year old system and finding it turned out to be difficult. Toby persisted and it went over time. I appreciate that they came out so fast, within 24 hours of calling, and I appreciate that someone answered the phone in the office. I called 4 companies before getting Fla Coastal. I will call them again, as I'm sure my 20 year old system will need regular maintenance.

Wanted to give a shout out to Toby who came out to service my irrigation system. He did an awesome job! Had a new fence installed and was in need of an irrigation re vamp and he came out and did a great job. He made sure that that I was 100% satisfied with the service before leaving. Definitely recommend if you need work on your system!
